I'm hoping you folks can shed some light on this.
2019 SDX 250 I/O 300 Merc 300 6.2L DTS (engine prop-based trim, not separate Lenco, et al). New-to-me boat, and I'm absolutely loving it.
My GPS is working on my chart plotters (and SOG, etc), but when I attempt to engage the engine active trim, the status of "No GPS" is listed (pic attached). Active trim is needed for tow modes, so they are also disabled.
I've read of cases of the "Simrad side" not talking correctly to the "Merc side" of these boats due to a configuration issue, but I'm not sure where to go in the system to address this.
