Bought Sea Choice SS Mega-Flow Dripless Thru Hulls to install on the AC water outlets attempting to cut down on staining around the outlets. They will be installed above the water line, but they have a screw on the retaining nut that look like its for a bonding wire. Do these need to be bonded?

Yes they should be. Run a 12ga bonding wire.
UHHHG.... I knew it couldn't be that easy!!!!

Does each need its own wire run to the bilge or can I daisy chain them?

The 52 and 58 DBs have "common drains" on the port and stbd sides that drain onto the bottom paint - no streaks - a real luxury!! I just used 1 1/2" pieces of clear plastic tubes on the thru hulls on my 34- and 410...

I have done this as well, but they keep falling off...total PITA.

While I was replacing the main AC unit, I noticed it would be "easy" to replace the through hull...I bought 3 or these to go on the AC units. Of course, I'll have to replace all the others with SS to match right?

You can also use male/male white/clear barbed hose connectors, they work great. I use them for the AC raw water. The drains I still scrub ...

Much easier ;)

Just kidding. The SS are awesome and look great, I just couldn’t bring myself to doing them all for that kind of money once I priced them out

I've tried those too...somehow, they fall or get ripped off... Plus per the picture they only work on SS thru hulls!!!;)

The other issue is that the original plastic thru hulls are getting disintegrating/ brittle after 20+ years in the salt and sun. The last thru hull I worked on, the "mushroom" top cracked/popped off pretty easily.

Dave - somewhere I saw some stainless above water drains that have the no-run lip integrated in the casting - they looked like the ticket. Maybe Seadog...
