Just had bottom paint done on 420 sedan bridge. While out of the water the yard person said he thought the zincs on the stern and trim tabs were wrong and were supposed to be magnesium. Turns out they were magnesium after all so ok. But, that brought up the question about what to use on engines.
Do you use zinc or magnesium anodes on the aftercooler and heat exchangers on a boat used only in fresh water?
Can someone post right product numbers for Cummins 6CTA’s Anodes?
Do you leave the circuit breaker on for the a/c side for the refrigerator as well as the circuit breaker for the 12v side?
Do you leave you battery chargers on full time?
When you are not going to be on your boat for several weeks, what circuits do you leave on?
Thanks for your help!
