I have a 1994 Searay Weekender300 in which the the tambour sliding doors need to be replaced in the galley, one is jammed closed and another has water or wear damage. I'm not sure if the tracks can be removed without any problems, so I can replace the doors. Has anyone have any experience...

I just purchase a 1994 30ft Searay Weekender powered with gas twin 5.7 inboard v drives. Can anyone give me first hand knowledge of what I should get in fuel consumption per hr cruising would be, and what range with 200gals of fuel. I do understand that there are many variables to consider...
