Its a 26 footer. We are pretty happy with the interior, all the wood is in excellent shape inside and out. I see boats half the age of ours that are absolutely trashed. We lucked out with ours. Of course I say that now....... We'll see how long the engine lasts. :lol:

I know this is an old thread but I was curious which marina that is? You said it was pretty new, is it Cottonwood?

We currently have a carry on AC unit and a small portable electric heater for use on shore power while docked. However I'm sure its going to be pretty warm out on the water come summer (Texas). Is there any room to add ac and heat? What about a generator? I think I saw a post some place...
