Man, I'm so tired of cleaning the shower sump. I need to run my galley drain overboard but has anyone found any way of alleviating so much of the gunk build up in the shower sump?

Changing ac pump. There is an aluminum plate with vibration isolators and 1/4-20 screws holding it to the fire wall. Pump is mounted on this plate. Plate is mounted to firewall. Can I remove those screws or is there a nut behind the firewall (inaccessible). Otherwise there are four smaller...

Yep, that's the one that failed on me. That plate is just an electric motor plate though so I'm not sure what to order. I'm having our marina service manager take a look. Thanks you guys for the quick help though. I did get the strainer basket ordered immediately. I'm trying very hard to...

DP2600IBD4 Vitrifrigo refrigerator. Two years old and removed from our last boat. I don't currently need this fridge and it's just running in our basement as a beer fridge.

It's easily adjustable if you don't like the radar. Arguably though, that's exactly how it looks. It's just a photo angle that makes it look funny.

We did the custom cut foam once on our last boat. It didn't last very well and was never very comfortable. After purchasing one mattress for our 400DB I bought another for home, and then another for my son. Since then I've been a rep of sorts for the company. I can honestly say that the...

Fl. gulf coast suggestions for living

Ok, I'm in this discussion too. My wife and I are on a two year plan to move to FL. We're probably not bringing our 400DB with us. I would prefer to be on the water/canal so I can have a boat in the back yard. We're in our 40's and need to be somewhat close to some metropolitan area for her...

Hey all, Midwestern boater question. Suppose I want to move to Florida. Would it be stupid and/or crazy to bring "Unwound" with us? (Gas engines) Obviously the move is going to cost a fortune and we'll need electronics to stay safe once there. This is a freshwater only boat so most of my gut...

my first post- sedan bridge and other questions

We own a 2003 400DB (Sedan Bridge) that we absolutely love. Based solely on what I saw when I was searching for our boat I wouldn't consider anything that isn't extremely clean. Cored hulls were a concern but I'm not sure they were a real problem if the boat is kept well. I just had trouble...
