Has anyone experienced a lack of heating and cooling in the guest head and stateroom? The master stateroom/head heats and cools very quickly robbing the other room of heat, likely due to the length of the ducting. Has anyone added a damper to even out the flow?

Wow, looks like they’re doing a great job! Which marina is doing the repair? Where do you slip the boat? Did you purchase this boat in Minnesota? It looks familiar, if it’s the boat I’m thinking it is, it was at Windmill Marina until the owner passed away.

Our guest stateroom and guest head both struggle to heat and cool with little air flow to each. It appears that the salon a/c unit provides the heat/air to both. Everywhere else on the boat heats and cools extremely well. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and if so, what did...

Has anyone removed and replaced the ceiling panels in the salon? I know I’d have to remove the lights first and upgrade those too. If so, how difficult were they to remove without breaking them? Any pictures or ideas of replacement panels?
