Yes , it's a flush mount mounted in the starboard bow. The Sea Choice hidden horn, is that the more normal one you spoke of, and if so it fit and you simply swapped it out,correct?

Thanks JimG. Probably is cable. Doesn't stall when shifting so I'm hoping they're not too stretched so just an adjustments in order. But you're probably right. Replacement with MY luck while she's outta the water. PS, got it on the subject question, thanks again.

My throttles on my 2006, 28' Sundancer are very sloppy. Don't have that definitive "click" when engageing from forward,reverse or neutral. Twin 4.3 Merc's with Alpha out drives. What throttle system does this model use? I was told it may be a wire system instead of standard cable. If so, what is...
