I have a solas rubex 4 blade 14.25x19 alu prop, but enginge over rev 5100 rpm, manual says 4400-4800. Should i go with solas 21 pitch prop, or is turning point hustler a better prop?

I bought an sea ray 176 srx 2003 with mercruiser 3.0l, and the prop on it were a bit messed up. it was a 21 pitch black max, so i ordered a solas 4 blade alu prop 19 pitch, my wot is now 5100 rpm. Is the rpm meter broken or do i really need a 21 pitch 4 blade prop since i should be in 4400-4800...
