Hello
Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Didn't see this message.
The boat is great, only our family is outgrowing it. It runs like a top, gets on plane right away, and the engine is very solid. Problem is we seem to have 6 to 8 people that want to go out every time we go and frankly...
The title you have has a different number than the HIN?
I'd be concerned with that. Who gave you this boat?
Otherwise, it may be that the hull was laid in '72 and the boat actually marketed in '73.
Unfortunately, in my experience, little as it is, SeaRay customer service isn't any help...
Unfortunately, while I have an original engine manual for the 888, 225S and 233, it does NOT have a wiring diagram.
I have a photo copy of the 1977 or 78 Sea Rays Cruisers owners manual. It has a barely legible wiring diagram. I am in the process of trying to get it into electronic form but...
I take it you have the twin engine version. I think I might have seen that one in my search this spring. I landed the boat in my picture. It's a single Merc 233.
Let us know how things are going?
Also, I'd appreciate info on that genset setup you have? I am contemplating doing somehting...
Is this what you are trying to do:

The galley.. Owner says once a year rub down with Cetal Light to maintain this luster!
Those aren't smudges on her stern. That's reflected SHINE!
Swim Step - original teak!

Who's Scott and what's this about Swim Platforms? :smt001
We're pretty excited to take delivery! I need to get info on how to install air/heat in one of these puppies as well as a camper canvas set up. I'd appreciate any leads any of you might have.
Hello
I've just agreed to purchase a 1977 240 Sedan Bridge, the older smalelr sister to the 245. From what I've seen, they are very similar and I'd like to make connection with folks that have experience with this era of boat. I'd like to add air/heat and a camper canvas. Were you ever able...
