In the four seasons we have owned our 36DB, I have had to replace the Generator Solenoid, Impeller, and reboot the EPLEX system. My current problem with our generator is the data is not appearing on vessel view. What exactly the problem with your generator?

1.The EPLEX system is very sensitive to low battery voltage. If you can verify the batteries are fully charged and the system is not responding, do a hard reboot. Also, if a light is ON when the batteries are turned off, it will remain ON until you turn OFF the light WHILE THE BATTERIES ARE ON...

Just wanted to make sure you have seen the document above "Changing batteries and hard reboot". It goes through the proper sequencing process required to get the Eplex system working after changing batteries. I haven't had to do that yet, but I have heard it is important to follow. Tom

You sound pretty versed with the Eplex system but just a few tips that may help: 1. Are your batteries Good? I have had problems with my Eplex system with low battery charge. 2. Are your Battery switches on and working? 3. If a light is on, and both Port and Starboard Battery Bank switches...

I emailed NautiMart support and they told me to pull up the SETUP page on the 350LCD screen above the salon tv by holding down the white tab at the top of any page for 15 seconds. The SETUP page comes up and the HULL soft touch button must be turned on (green) for the rocker switches to work...

Thanks for the pic! Very nice and clean wiring job. I am contacting Sea Ray to find out how to get the underwater light outputs on my module 12 working. That module also controls my engine sync, generator crank relay and generator shutdown relay, all which function properly. So I am thinking...
