What are your thoughts about the instrument cluster causing this?

I check them regularly but will do so again today.

Did that. changed the tps itself several times. recently changed the temp sensor and water pressure sensor. Checked codes last night and it was indicating sea temp is 32 F ? Also get steering position low?
