Nice work! - i did the same. I noticed at 1:20 in your vid, you seemed to put your hand on it to brace yourself coming out of the engine bay.....id be careful doing that incase you bend it!
There was a nice article a few years back regarding DC powered AC system : https://panbo.com/dc-air-conditioning-comfort-on-the-water-no-generator-required/
Perhaps a very large battery store isnt necessary if you upgrade the AC system???
I replaced mine with the Warner linear units linked above... nearly a straight forward swap, but I needed to get some stainless steel extension sleeves as the diameter of the actuator is just a few mm bigger.... Any stainless Shop can provide this.
They work much better and sound very...
One problem with a the new boaters selling their covid boat once they realise boating isn't for them, is that how much of the missed or ignored maintenance items will have ruined these boats. Boats that would otherwise have been a careful and considered purchase by people who love...

Im thinking they should be in lower of this photo...https://imgur.com/a/zOBx0yN
Can you guys confirm where they...
Does anyone have any photos of the insides of the eim modules?
I bet it wouldn't be very hard to replace the failed logic devices with some similar microprocessors ( like Arduino) and create a retrofit PCB.
Or if anyone has a failed donor board id be happy to have a go at it.
That switch is for boats which have a central winscreen window.
Yours likely doesn't have it...mine doesn't with despite having the switches.
