I just removed and replaced my cooler. I have a 93 250 EC with 5.7. I fought for a while laying on floor head and shoulders hanging in bilge. I finally removed the alternator and had much easier access. Could get a socket and ratchet on it. thought mine had a leak but was ok. Just needed new hoses.

93 250EC. I recovered the rear seats and a side panel on both sides. Got Morbern fabric from Sailrite. Ordered several "samples" and Chalk was a perfect match. Sailrite was great and they have diy videos.

I searched Facebook and Craigslist for several months and finally got lucky on Facebook. You would think with all the guys selling engines and outdrive parts from scrapped boats there would be a lot of them for sale. Good luck.

You can see daylight through some places of the top. Also seams coming apart around the windshield areas. I assume it is just showing it's age (30 years old). We did leave it up for about half the season this year. Really went downhill fast.
