    Hmm. I'll try something else then. I took it in to have the carb tuned and the shop said they didn't have any issues getting the thing to start up. Maybe it is the incline of the hill and the engine is trying to pull fuel too far up hill.

    It appears to me to be a through hull grommet vent. I don't see any way to undo the screen from the exterior of the hull.

    I know it is at least 6 since it has 6 seats, and the sea ray website does not have a manual for the boat. Closest thing they have is for like a 78 230 or 300.
