I like the idea of a full cover to protect everything, at least from the gunwales up. I think I can keep up with the wax/ cleaning on the rest of the boat to keep it in good shape.

Thank you, I think I need a waxing and maintenance class to make sure I take care of this thing. It was previously kept in an indoor rack warehouse so the UV damage has been kept to a minimum. I want to keep the canvas looking good for as long as possible.

I think what I am looking for is this type of cover, but without any straps that go underneath. My thought is if the entire thing had a "drawstring" of sorts that I could cinch up from the stern once it was over the bow and bimini.
