just put in a new hardin sea pump in and now im getting 2.0 psi at idle and 18 at 3400 , prior i pull the hoses one by one on the raw water system to check for any blockage all seem clear , some one told me i could reset the code by key on an flip the safety switch on and off 5 times in 20...

hello all i posted awhile back about check engine/sensor fault on my smart craft gauge , ONLY happens at 2000 rpms , replaced raw water pump with a hardin marine pump ( great choice) im getting 3 psi at idle 18-22 at 4000 rmps .when alarm goes off the smart gauge reeads check engine/sensor...

the impella was intact when i replaced it , just put a brand new pump in and pressure switch 2.0 at idle and 5.1 at 3000 rpms and still getting alarm at exactly 2000 rpms

2.1 at idle and 3.7 at 2500 rpm

water pressure on smart gauge is reading 2.1 ... is that sufficient

comes up CHECK ENGINE / SENSOR FAULT .. does not say which sensor ,,, i also changed the raw water impella oil pressure good , water temp stays at 170

i have an 07 250 slx ( just purchased ) w/ 496mag bravo 3 , getting engine alarm at EXACTLY 2000 rpms , come up on smart gauge as check engine/sensor fault , mechanic said it was both knock sensors , i replaced both , changed plugs , wires , fuel filter and sediment filter and alarm keeps coming...

496 mag , Can u reset engine code or will it go away once problem is fixed

when i bought the boat the trim and tilt sensors were bad , i replaced both , used the smart gauge to set up , not sure if i did it correctly , my tilt sensor (port side is a 3 wire) , do u know how to set up correctly ? Also where is the shift position sensor located so i can check it

hello all , mechanic said code came up both knock sensor fault , changed both knock sensors , ignition wires (individual coils) , plugs , fuel filter and sediment filter , fuel is non ethinol , and still same alarm ....only happens at EXACTLY 2000 rpms then goes away... i am completely stumped...

just ordered michigan motor wires , will let you guys know how it works out
