do you have salt water or fresh water leak? depending on... you can start clean and check, please make sure the leak is not coming from any hose. it could be the window selling as you check ( ...it has been a common problem for boats). but also make sure your rub-reel the withe rubber...

I own a 40 with diesel and it is perfect the only thing is that the tank is too small. axius I think you do not need it i have not bow thruster neither but really this boat is very comfortable.(The best)
