New owner of an ‘88 Laguna 24

Not sure if it could handle twin 250’s, I was looking for a boat with engines that big, I just got this boat and the previous owner had just put these 115’s on it, he wanted a sportfish style boat after getting into some 4.5-5 footers on the stream.

New owner of an ‘88 Laguna 24

After a couple of trips out and an average speed of 36 mph and running out 25 miles then trolling and a little drifting, the last trip was 71 miles and fuel burn was approximately 4.5 miles per gallon, I’m no math wiz but my wife is, she did the figures. If I had bought the engines I would have...

Bummed about 1976 SRV 220 hardtop

This is what I'm thinking, I did pay for the boat already, also I spoke with a cop friend and he said if the original owner wanted to he could report it stolen and I would be charged with receiving stolen property, really wish the guy would say hey give me X dollars and I'll fix the title issue.

Bummed about 1976 SRV 220 hardtop

Yes it does but you have to attempt to make contact with the original owner and if they can't be contacted you can get an abandoned vehicle title, but the original owner is being difficult and said he would contest the abandon title.

Bummed about 1976 SRV 220 hardtop

Well come to find out my new girl isn't gonna be as good a deal as I thought she was. The title is no good, the Jerk that sold it to me forged the signature and he has left town, I contacted the previous owner and he will not help straighten out the title issue :(

Confused about 1976 SRV 220 hardtop

As title says I'm confused about a SRV 220 HT I have seen mostly pictures of the same model that have windows in the sides of the bow, mine doesn't have them. So my question is if it is a different model? The tag on the inside that shows capacity shows it as a 220 OV so I'm assuming it's an...
