I need to change the steering cable on my 2000 260da and unfortunately the p/n is not stamped on the cable. It’s just stamped made by teleflex. Does anyone know the correct length or p/n for this cable. Thanks Brian

I find water in the bilge after out running. If I'm out for 4 hours I get about a half a gal.. No leak with engine running at dock or boat sitting for a week. I am thinking it could be the transon seal? Any ideas Thanks Bmatt

On my 260 da there is only one bilge pump. Has anyone added a second pump to there boat?. If so did you and a second thru hull drain line?. Surprised there is not a second pump.

I have to replace the aft bilge pump on my 89 amberjack. There is no way I can reach the pump (the pump are on the bottom of the bilge between the engines), any suggestions on how to replace it.? Thanks B.Matt

While sanding the bottom, I hit the gel coate with the sander. Does this do anyy damage. It did not go through the gel coat. Thanks B. Matt

I have to pull both engines on my 89 amberjack. The Marina will hoist them out and put them on a trailer. Does anyone have ideas about a cradle for the engines while transporting them?. Thanks B.Matt

I had to rebuild the seat pedastal on my 89 Amberjack. They are the back to back seat that fold down flat. There are three boards mounted to the floor but I don't see how the pedestal was ever secured. It doesn't look like the seat pedastal was screwed into the boards. Thanks B. Matt

On my 89 AJ with twin Merc 5.7l, the high water temp switch is not installed. Instead of having the high temp switch the hot water outlet is installed. Has anyone had this problem?. There is no alarm for that engine.

Do you spray anything on wires to prevent corrosion? Also I read on the internet that anti-seize is no good on a boat in salt water, they actually called it everseize. I always use anti-seize and have found it great. Thanks
