control housing

My shifter have never operated smoothly. And the tilt switches will sometimes not work. I think I just want to replace the entire assembly, from the control box to the engines...I assume the tilt will just be simple wires. Any advice as I plan on this project. And where to get parts? Thanks...

Just purchased this boat during the off season. (already sunk $1000's into it) I have a problem with the Hurth Transmission Control Box leaking oil. Replacement prices are WAY too expensive. Does anyone have of or had experience with replacing or rebuilding these things. Its shoen in this...
