interior lights

Has anyone found an OEM or other replacement for the interior step/cabin lights on a 2002 Sea Ray Sundancer 320? It's part #840850. I can't seem to locate anything. Any input is appreciated.

I have a 1997 Sea Ray 370 Sundancer. I would seem simple, but how do I get to the bulb to change out on one of the fixtures that have gone out? Do I have to take he whole panel off the ceiling? I would not think so but I am cautious on how to get to it to change it out. Thanks for any help..
