I found it. It is located at the battery switch, not behind the fridge. It is a significantly smaller gauge wire that changes to a larger wire after the fuse. That's why I had trouble tracing it. I was looking for the large wire all the way back. Since the current draw is only 3 amps, I suppose the factory decided the wire at the fuse holder did not to be so big. The fuse looks like your typical low amperage radio fuse.
