1990 350 rear compartment over head light access HELP.

I cannot find access to the 4 lights next to the curtain track. They are so bright I can't stand it, Can I get to them? There must be a way. Thanks. Dick.

Oh my boat they have a pull down access panel....... yours doesn't have that?

It sure looks like it should come down but I cant move it. I'll pry harder if I know it comes out. Pry bar??? oy I cant move it
