I have the set of Original Factory Snap In Cockpit Carpets from my 2005 280DA available. I replaced the carpets this spring. They do show wear in the normal high-traffic areas. The rubber backing is coming off in a few places but not the entire thing- mainly the part of the carpet that is in front of the cockpit storage locker. I would say these carpets are a 4 or 5/10 condition-wise. They probably have a few years left in them if you seal the rubber backing. I am just OCD so I replaced them. I was going to use them for back up carpets but I just don't have the room to store any more unnecessary boat stuff.
I think they could work well for someone with really worn out carpet that wants to put some time in to refinishing the back like others here have done and does not want to spend $600 on new carpet right now.
Anyone who wants them can have them FREE if you pay actual UPS shipping via Paypal (which I assume would be about $30 anywhere in the lower 48 US). They are rolled up and ty-wrapped so I dont have any pics. If they are not claimed by 7/10/11, I must dispose of them.
