2008 185 Sport Drain System

I have the 4.3 TKS engine option (raw water) and Alpha 1 drive. In the manual, it mentions that these engines come with a drain system to purge any water from the block and manifolds during storage periods. They also reference a few different options (what else...)such as single point, 3 point and multi-point drains. Since I cant get to the boat for another week to verify in person, I was just curious to know what type I have???? did mercury just put a certain type in the 4.3TKS' or were there a few options? If I drained the system, I assume there is no need for antifreeze??? Is that a correct statement?

Also, if I did the draining myself (as opposed to the dealer), would I need to worry about any water in the Alpha 1 drive? Or is this drained when the drive is put in the down position?
