New to me boat...
Key starts engine, but when turning off key the motor does not stop. I need to use the "off" kill switch on the throttle.
All accessories, lights, etc work with or without key, except radio and horn, those are dead either way. I checked radio w voltmeter, no power, checked all fuses. Will check horn w voltmeter, once I find it....
Are the accessories working and the motor not killing related?
