210 Dual Console termite damage

I have a barn find dual console 210 with 49 hours and not a scratch on it. The problem is termites have eaten the transom! I want to replace the transom from the outside because separating the hull will be impossible. Looking at the transom it appears the wood only is as wide as the splash well maybe 30 to 36 inches. Does anyone have any thoughts on this or recommendations. The design of the Euro style transom and rear fuel tank has everything cluttered up.

Not that it will help but I found your parts manual. Didn't know that they called them DC's back then.

I cut open the transom and it is a three piece design, two side wings and a center motor plate. the inner transom wall was never glassed in at the bottom. I am going to repair the inner wall and reattach the outer skin and pour Arjay 6011.
I hated cutting the outer skin but the only other way was to remove the cap, just wasn't worth that to me.
