What would a good price be for a new 2009 hold over with AC/Gen/Radar/Chart ploter?

30-35% off of list minus the Sea Ray incentive(I believe it is $15K).

The boat show price at the Nashville show was about $200k for a boat with MSRP of a little over $300k.

Just back from the Indianapolis Boat Show. Show price on the '09 310 Holdover was $214. I want to say it started at 255k, but I can't recall if that included options or was the base price.

I just built it on searay.com 255k was the MSRP including options, show price was 214k. They also had an '08 260 "Show" price of 102k....it was MSRP of 143.
