'98 270 Sundancer 110volt interior light bulb???

The replacement interior light bulb on the 110 volt shore power side continues to elude me. The existing bulb says ILESA 125/120v 6N 25w and has a miniature screw base. Who carries these? I've been to at least a dozen websites and none of them carry this bulb! Why on water did Sea Ray use something so hard to find?:smt021

I had the same problem. Its a European base and you can purchase an adapter on Ebay to convert to a slightly smaller base to use standard US available bulbs. I believe an E14 to E12 adapter.

Good advice - that's what I did, too. I couldn't tell you the adapter numbers, though, so I'm glad you posted those. I just walked into a local lighting supply house and told them what I needed. They walked to the back, reappeared about 45 seconds later with both the adapter and a new light. I had originally started to look online to try and get what I needed - but ran into the same problem you (Frostman) did. That's when I decided to save some time and just do a face-to-face.

I don't know how much truth there is to this, but apparently most of the high-end lights come from Europe (Italy?), hence the European base.
