Additional cleats on Seville

Anyone ever add any cleats on the Seville? I've got an '88 20CC and the only cleats it has are on the very front of the bow and on the aft stern. I would like to put a couple more on each side of the boat but was wondering about mounting them. Any help would be appreciated. It doesn't look like there is any access underneath the exterior shelf due to a fiberglass frame.

You need access from the inside of the boat. If there's none, or you can't make it where you want to mount the cleats, you're outta luck.

They need to be through-bolted, with heavy fender washers (a solid aluminum backing plate is better) and nylock nuts.
