Hello All,
My first post to CSR but long time reader. I have a 2006 340 DA and I keep getting a reduce throttle alarm on my port engine usually when I'm cruising around 1100 rpm. As soon as I reduce throttle the alarm eventually goes away but usually it takes a few times of up and down with the throttle before it won't come back. Twice I had to restart the engine because it started chugging when i tried taking the throttle up (during docking which wasnt fun). I had the 100 hr service done recently and they couldnt figure it out exactly because they said that alarm is typically only for DTS which I don't have but thought they fixed it. Anybody know what the deal is?
All of my guages, levels, temps were fine the alarm seems to be bogus just curious.
Thanks,
john
