I have a 2007 sea Ray Sundeck 200 and something muct have blown because the accessory panel with all the lights, horn, bilge and other accessories don't work. I checked all the fuses in the fuse panel and they are all good.

I do have one circut breaker back by the battery and that is good. I think it only controls the electronics for the guages anyway.

I've checked and it looks like all the wire connectors are tight.

So does anyone have suggestions how to troubleshoot or fix it?

I would start by testing that panel for power with a test light or meter.
Is the power supplied to all those items by common power supply or are they individual?

I would think you have a common power supply and most likely have a break or poor connection in that supply line, start at the panel and work towards the battery / power supply. Test each coneection at both sides of each one, eventually you will find the one where the power is interupted.
Good Luck

Just had the same problem on my 200 sundeck the fuse by the battery has to be reset. This is the accessory fuse. On my boat it was hard to access due to the battery being so close to the fuse. I pulled out the battery, reset the fuse and then put the battery back in. Everything is working fine now. Hope this helps.
