Seems they are a bit stiff about transit times. Really......it isn't like they have a ton of commercial traffic running through. So you can leave the port area around 6:30-7:00am and you can't come back until 6pm to 7 pm in the evening. How much sense does that make for all the recreational vessels that are located near the inner harbor?

Seems obvious given the statements of the port personnel stating that the ship kept losing power at the dock but left anyway. Could it be that Trump caused the crash?
