Well, my wife and I have mostly given up on trading our "near the water" house in Beaufort, SC for a "on the water with dock" home. The numbers are too scarey for us. So we have shifted to buying a "floating condo" that we would keep in a nearby slip. We would stay on it in the slip for 3-5 day stretches randomly and also occassionally take it on cruises via ICW for overnight stays at nearby cities and towns (Charleston, Savannah, maybe Jacksonville, etc). Need two bedrooms (staterooms, I guess is the term) because we want to include friends/family visiting. Right now we are starting to look at 8-12 year old Sedan Bridge based on our price point. But I'm not too educated on all the models and their contents. Is there a Sundancer or other model we should consider as well? It needs to be inboard (not sterndrive) as it will be in salt water and trying to stay in the 36'-40' range. Thanks, in advance.

We have a 38 foot aft cabin with upper and lower helms. It has two full state rooms and two full bath rooms. If you want room it has lots. Came with 3 factory AC units and 8KW generator. If I was after a newer boat I would look for similar model but with deisel motors and generator. It is high and a bit windy but solid in rough water

ZZ13, I have recently relocated to Toronto, Canada and have to sell my boat that is still located back in NJ. Its a 1998 370 DB Sedan Bridge with the two staterooms that you were looking for. Its clean with only 425 hours on the two Mercruiser 340HP gas engines.

I have photos and a writeup if you are interested. And that goes for anyone else that may see this reply.

Post the pictures of that 370 sedan, and a price... exposure is the best way so sell anything.

Why wouldnt you have brought the boat to Toronto - there is surprisingly good boating here on Lake Ontario

The cost to bring it to Toronto si too much right now. And I'm well aware that Toronto has some really great boating. If it does not seel this year next year its; coming north. But it would take about 4 days and several thousand $s to get it here through the NY canal system.

I'll post the pics shortly.

Here's a photo attached of the boat I have for sale in NJ. Anyone interested let me know. When I learn how to add more pictures to the text message I'll upload a few more.
