The table I have was for the gas model. I think the Cummins diesel in 2004 available for the 390MY was the 480CE. I have not seen a fuel table for that combination but, if Sea Ray doesn't have one, you might want to use the Cummins table for that engine available at http://www.cmdmarine.com/engines/rec/inboards/DIAMOND/dia-480ce.html. If you've got an idea of speed vs. RPM for your boat, Cummins' table should be fairly close. It will also give you rated RPM at WOT and some other info that's useful to have.

I am guessing you will be looking at .75 Gal/NM at cruise which is slightly less than what I get with the QSB425, but that's only a guess.
 
Just about what I thought it would be, .75NMPG at 20 Kts.

That appears to be pretty good number for this boat. I've heard that an older 42AC with CATs gets around .6MPG at cruising speed. I don't have all exact numbers, but I do remember this part of the info.
