Looking for a 22' - 30' in the Lake Erie basin

So I am looking at a 1979 SRV 300 that has a dash that has fallen in on the starboard side. Has anyone dealt with this? Can I just fix it myself, maybe drill out the instrument holes with a drill? Thanks

Look at the starboard side.

Looks like a bracket came off behind the panel. Sea Ray liked aluminum angle brackets back then. My guess is the screws came out of one or more of them. Should have acess from the back, from the head usually.

OK thanks. Just wanted to make sure this wasn't something too too major.

Ok I went back to the boat to look at the dash, its is cracked all along the starboard side. So the dash will have to be removed, epoxied or re-glued and reinstalled. I might just try and make a new dash with the old one as a template. I emailed Scott Cambra and he just asked if the dash was one total piece and has not responded to any other messeges.

You're welcome. Although I have not used him, those that have say the guy does great work and has superior customer service. Good luck.
