So I go down to the bilge to do a normal fluid check and see the port engine coolant overflow bottle is slightly "sucked in", and as such, coolant is close to the top of the canister (probably only 2 inches off top). Notice SLIGHT condensation on top of the plastic cap. Dry it off, go down a day later (boat not run in interim) and canister is same and again slight condensation on outside of cap. Today run boat around a half hour, go down to bilge right after and now canister is slightly bulging outward. No signs of leakage in bilge. Seems like I just need a new cap, but dont want to miss anything major as boat is under warranty. So do I just change the cap or is there something else that is putting pressure on this canister that I should be concerned with? Any thoughts appreciated.
