Entrance upholstery Wrap around molding for 2003 Searay 410 Sundancer

I'm looking to replace the piece of upholstery that goes around the entrance way. It the piece that's about 3 or so inches wide there and has the piping on the top. The wood on the starboard side got wet and I was wondering if it's cheaper to custom make it or is this a part Searay would have ? Also the black hatch slide is broken. Would anyone know where to get that ? I'm in the Ft Lauderdale /Miami area.
