How anyone modified the positions of their wakeboard racks? The dealer told me to position them where I want (height on the tower arm, followed by a "clockdial" adjustment for horizontal rack adjustment) then I could stick the SeaRay logo in the middle of the rack. The logo placement is a one time stick. Don't expect to unglue the logo and adjust then place logo back. First height adjustment on the tower is easy with Allen wrenches. The horizontal adjustment is impossible. Was the rack screwed into the height adjustment bracket and secured with Locktite? I can't for the life of me get this larger Allen screw out.:smt021

Anyone else had this problem?

Ok, then let's see if I get an answer on switching out my fixed racks for swivel racks. If anyone has the swivel racks, do you feel they are worth the extra money?:wow:

I remember from installing those that the big allen bolt was a PIA. Really got to crank on it to get it to move. IIRC, I may have even used a small pipe as an extension to get it going (extra leverage).

Dennis,

Thanks so much for the reply. I think since I just purchase the boat new less than 2 months ago and the dealer is kind enough to let me wait until off season to get some warranty work done, I'll just see if they can use their muscle to get them undone and repositioned a little for me.
