Frozen Drain Plug

It looks like the drain plug is frozen on my 260DA 2003, which I just bought a few weeks ago and wanted to know the best way to take care of the minor issue.

I have used a product called "PB blaster" with good results. It is a penetrating catalyst . Spray it around edges and let it sit awhile.
