We could raise his taxes a couple of cents per gallon to spread the wealth and make his product more attractive with a premium price. Let's screw the rich boat owners.

I just paid 1.89 on the water, and 1.49 on land 1/4 mile from the dock. Happy days are here again. Just keep drivin slow and this will only get better.
