Fan switches for ghead alley/exhaust fan does operate fan. Had removed refrigerator for repair, and found 3" fan motor behind same. After removing motor and purchasing replacement took fan home, hooked it to 12 volt source and it ran perfectly. Any suggestions on tracking problem? New fan goes back! Checked with Sea Ray and their is no fuse. Could it be switch problem? Galley and Head switches are connected and 2 way. Any ideas?

There may not be a fuse, but there has to be circuit protection of some sort - most likely a breaker.

Continuity

Did you check the contenuity on the blower switch ... these do go bad, rarely but they do., The check the continuity from the switch to the blower, as you may have a chafed wire.

Then check the 12V breaker for continuity as breakers go bad.

What we know is the motor works, so its either a wire, wire terminal, terminal block, ground connection, switch or breaker.

Take a multimeter to the boat and go nuts.
