I tried to do a search on the GFI outlet and couldnt come up with anything. I think my GFI is not working because I tried to charge my phone or whatever and it would not work. I push the reset button but that did not work. How can I check to see if something did trip?

A GFI plug going out is common. Just pull the plug out and see if you are getting 120 v across the terminals on the back. If you plug something in and it doesn't work, then it's bad. If you don't have a voltmeter, just put your left hand on one terminal and your right hand on the other. If you go into heart failure from the shock and the plug still doesn't work, you need to replace it.

Ok, disregard my post, apparently, I didn't know that the generator or shore power has to be on for the GFI outlet to work.

Well, I got that from the manual??? I'll double check tomorrow and do a test with the generator on.

Gary, dont know if you're being funny because I know how you are, but those similies are the funny faces that you make on the internet.

It's best to check it your way right after a swim, prior to toweling off.
