I plan on buying the Porter Cable 7424 today from Autogeek(they have a deal when you buy the Buffer kit they give you a nice looking storage bag) http://www.autogeek.net/hk7424.html
http://www.autogeek.net/pc7424-bonnet.html

I think that's all I need...Right?

I've read the links on what wax to use: (This is a copy)

Meguiars:
#44 Color Restorer (Used only if needed) (Meguiars 8006 pad)
#45 Polish (Meguiars 8006 pad)
#63 Premium Flagship Wax (3 very thin coats allow to dry and remove between coats) (Meguiars 9006 pad - Apply, Meguiars 7006 with Microfiber bonnet - remove)

So my question is about quantity?

How much of each do I need to purchase to do a 32ft boat?
And
I've seen that Amazon has Good Prices but were do you buy your?

Thanks
Ray

You'll use less than 1/3 of a bottle of each. If you are using more, then you are wasting the material. BTW, I prefer the PC 7336 with the hook and loop backing pad. Same machine, just a little bigger pad. You can attach anything from hook and loop foam and wool waxing pads to sanding disks. Makes the machine really useful around the house. Note that the 6" foam pad and the 5" backing pads use the PC 5" counterweight. The 6" backing pad is the only thing that uses the 6" counterweight.

I've used a quart on ours to do almost everything from the rub rail up. Also depends on the starting condition of your gelcoat too. Bad shape= more product.

True. Just Ducky gets several coats of wax each year, so I don't need to work hard to get a good shine.
