Does anyone know how the ADC2100 Controller sends power to the starter solenoid? I am only getting 10.5v to activate the solenoid, which is not enough to trigger. Solenoid is new. It is also grounded. I activated it manually but the wire coming from the controller is not sending full 12v.

Yes. The battery is new with 12.6v. I'm also curious if there is a pressure release, whether electrical or mechanical. When I directly connect the starter it can't turn over the motor with the plugs in but does when they are out. It stops at the time of compression.

The only thing I can think of would be to test the resistance of the starter motor itself. Sounds like a bum winding
