Did you resolve your issue. I found the elbow above my seacock gets clogged partially on my 320 and I get this exact symptom. Clean the elbow out and it runs fine. and the steam goes away. The elbow on my 320 clogs easily after it rains and little stuff is in the water. I can tell when I get a clog because it starts to steam.
