Main power board?

When I hook up to the shore power with the 2 cords the lights on my board light up. but there are suppose to be 2 yellow lights in the circle of 3. There is 2 groups of 3 lights one in the upper right corner and one in the center. The only think wrong is that there is only one yellow light on in both circles? But everything is working in the boat. Could it be that those 2 yellow bulbs are dead?:smt013
