You will get a lot more help and advice if you edit your signature to include your boat year and make (note Sundancers are abbreviated DA ie 270DA not 270SD). It also helps especially in your case to include your engine and drive types. ie "T4.3 Alpha drives". My 2 cents.
To answer your question, I would suggest two things. First check FPmarine.com (Flounder Pounder Marine) they have some great hard to find parts. Also, I remember seeing a list of parts from Prince William Sea Ray (sic?) In the used Boat Parts section of this site. If I remember correctly they had a couple of arches, not sure if they have one for your model.
With all the hurricane wrecked boats over the last few years, you would think things like this would be easier to find....
