New (used) Searay owners

Hello all - just bought a 1989 Sundancer, twin 5.7's aplha one, 450 hours. This is the first boat over 19 ft we have ever owned!!! Looking forward to learning and sharing here in this forum,,,
 
Welcome to CSR!!! Congratulations on the new to you boat. You will want to put your boat information in your signature (year, model, motor,etc). Also there is a members map you can join to the right under site navigation. Again welcome to the board and congratulations!!!

I know someone else who has an 89 with twin 350's? Who is that??? :) Welcome to the board and send us some pics!

Just curious about your map thing, why does it let me edit other people's pin's and move them around and change their pictures and info?

And I was able to do this without creating an account or logging in. You should see a pin in Alberta Canada now that I moved from California that said Michelle B on it.

This isn't mine...it is ours. I'm just the adminstrator.

I don't see a member michelle B in California or Canada. Go see if it is still there.

Sometimes I have noticed some pins show and dissappear within minutes. Try to see if you can change one our know members.
 
your right that is really weird it had the person's email address and photo and everything now it's doing other crazy things like it won't let me zoom out only zoom in. Guess I'll keep trying.

You didn't say what size your boat is. I live in Elk Grove and we keep our boat at Oxbow Marina near Isleton. Now that you have a boat to overnight in, you will have to join the smal but growing members of this site from Northern Cal that boat the Delta.

Welcome and check out the Delta.

Thanks shawn - Our Searay is a 1989 280 sundancer, twin 5.7's w/ mercruiser sterndrives (Aplha Ones). We too are at Oxbow on the C shed slip 25 - We'll have to meet!!! I'll get some pics on the site as I learn my way around it!! Sam

We are in D shed #16. What color is your boat and does it have a name. Ours is Pretender and when we are not cruising we move our boat out to the guest dock and party with whoever shows up. Make plans to join us this summer.
 
Hey Shawn - Our boat is white with maroon delta canvas. Her name is "Knot Waitin'" - I remember seeing Pretender, nice looking boat. I'm sure we will hook up at the guest dock. I have another friend you may know on the D shed, John Read with a 2004 320 Sundancer, name is "We're Back". Sam
 
I think I know your boat. I don't know John but I know the boat. It's just down from us. We are planning on doing the guest dock thing the weekend after this. Temps are supposed to be in the 70's.
